KECHanova, Marrakech, Morocco (hello@mustphacars.com) is the controller of the personal data collected through this website.
2. Data we collect
We collect only the data needed to handle your enquiries: name, email address, phone number, selected vehicle, pickup and return dates, and any message you send us through the contact or booking forms.
3. Purpose
Your data is used exclusively to: process and confirm your bookings, answer your questions, follow up on our service and improve our offering. It is never sold to third parties.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (forms you fill in voluntarily) and on the performance of the rental contract.
5. Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted within 12 months. Rental records are kept as long as required by Moroccan accounting and legal obligations.
6. Sharing
Your data may transit through our email service and WhatsApp to handle your request. It is not shared with any other third party, except where required by law.
7. Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work (language, booking session) and, where applicable, anonymised audience-measurement tools. You can refuse them in your browser settings.
8. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to our servers and mailboxes is protected by passwords and strengthened authentication.
9. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello@mustphacars.com. We reply within 30 days at most.

This policy may be updated. Any material change will be announced on this page with its revision date.
